McCabe Park Community Center offers patrons of all ages a modern and friendly place to exercise, recreate and meet friends in a beautiful, diverse park setting in the heart of the West Nashville-Sylvan Park neighborhood. This new facility features many environmental innovations, making it the first LEED certified community center in the city. We offer a wide variety of activities and programs for people of all ages and abilities. Fees and memberships are very reasonable, and many activities are free. Program and facility offerings include:
- Full service fitness center
- Dance/aerobics studio
- Exercise classes including; ZUMBA, Boot Camp, High-Intensity Interval Training, Senior Strength, Yoga and more
- Indoor walking/running track
- Greenway trail access
- Gymnasium
