Emily is a ISSA certified personal trainer specializing in rebuilding core strength and the pelvic floor in post-partum mothers. She also enjoys focusing on helping stressed out moms, teaching them how to incorporate fitness into their busy lives.

I want to make personal training truly personal by listening and understanding my client's needs, likes and dislikes when it comes to fitness. I am also a Tactical Strength and Conditioning coach for first responders (military, fire/EMS, police corrections, etc.) and TRX Suspension Trainer certified, as well as a Metabolic Conditioning Coach. Being a retired police officer and over 50, I understand the hurdles of balancing family and career over time. Aging does not have to mean being out of shape and gaining fat.
