07-21-03 Staff requests conditional acceptance of a donation from Habitat for Humanity, of an approximate 6-acre subdivision of land and proposed park improvements to the land. The property is located at 0 Brick Church Pike on Parcel # 06000007000.

07-21-04 Staff requests conditional acceptance of a donation from Greystar Development East, LLC or it’s assigns, of an approximate 1.3-acre parcel of land for a public park, construction of park improvements, grant of access easement over entry drive to owner of adjacent multi-family development and declaration of covenants from owner for landscape and parking lot maintenance. The property is located at 0 Gallatin Pike on Parcel # 03300012600 located in Madison and would be constructed along with the adjacent multi-family development.

08-21-04 Request for approval to enter into a letter of agreement allowing the owners of Parcel# 17300009400 located at 5595 Pettus Road, driveway access across a portion of Metro Park property, Parcel # 17300009500, located at 5601 Pettus Road (part of Orchard Bend Park), as part of a Public Works round-about project at the intersection of Blue Hole Road and Pettus Road. Public Works will construct the driveway and relocate a gate as part of this roadway project.
