Daily tous les jours (DTLJ), an interaction design studio, is collaborating with the Metro Nashville Arts Commission to create a permanent public art installation in Mill Ridge Park. DTLJ is looking for participants in the Antioch area who can help make the art unique to the Southeast Davidson County community.
A Bit of Background
As part of the research process, DTLJ is inviting local people with specific areas of expertise and members of the community to a workshop. Our aim is to reveal the potential of the site, gather insights and look for common threads in the local stories. The workshop will be geared towards generating snippets of information and writing which will inform a text-based permanent game to be deployed through Mill Ridge Park.
We’re Looking For
DTLJ is looking to bring together a diverse audience of people, all ages, to test different games that will serve to feed the creative process and bring this project to life. This workshop will be directed towards the discovery of different games and content that will make you observe, think, and move. That will inform us on different direction to explore for the permanent game that will be deployed throughout Mill Ridge Park. It will be an opportunity to share ideas, play with poetry to write stories for the future of the park.
Everyone with interest in Mill Ridge Park and the future of Antioch is welcome!
