Traffic Unit Investigators this week charged Mackqies Raymond, 21, with rioting following an October 2022 illegal street takeover and car meet where he was observed doing donuts and burnouts on Murfreesboro Pike.
He was charged at the time with evading arrest and aggravated reckless driving.
Raymond was booked on the riot warrant and is now free on a $2,500 bond.
