Convicted felon Raphale Holt, 31, is back in custody today on multiple warrants stemming from an October 10 aggravated burglary after TITANS Unit detectives located him Wednesday on Trinity Lane at Dickerson Pike.
At the time of his arrest yesterday, Holt was in the back seat of a Nissan Altima with two baggies of marijuana he admitted were his. Holt was wanted on aggravated assault and false imprisonment warrants after he held two family members at gunpoint after breaking into their home.
Holt also confessed during an interview with Non-Lethal Shooting Unit detectives yesterday that he was involved in the October 14th shooting on 9th Avenue North that injured a 28-year-old man. The victim reported having an argument with the suspect involved prior to being shot in the leg.
Holt was booked on his outstanding warrants and was additionally charged with aggravated assault, being a felon in possession of a weapon and drug possession. He remains jailed in lieu of $140,000 bond.
