Detectives continue to ask for the community’s assistance in identifying the gunman who shot a father while he was carrying his two 7-month-old daughters in his arms on the night of February 8 outside a restaurant on Nolensville Pike.
The 45-year-old victim was walking toward the business at 5743 Nolensville Pike when the gunman, driving the pictured 2010-2014 white Ford Flex, struck the father in the parking lot. The victim yelled at the driver, sparking a verbal altercation between the two. The suspect then pulled a gun and shot the father in the hip.
Just prior to the shooting, the gunman had left a Mexican restaurant where he met another man for dinner (the pictured individual wearing a camo sweatshirt and head covering). The two walked out of the restaurant together to their separate vehicles.
Anyone knowing the identity of the shooter and/or his friend is asked to contact Nashville Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Detectives would like to speak to the friend as a witness. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward.
