Update: All four persons in the photos have voluntarily come forward and were interviewed by Homicide Unit detectives. A self-defense claim by the 23-year-old shooter is under investigation. No charges have been placed to this point. It appears the two sides attended rival high schools and had prior issues.
Homicide Unit detectives are working to identify a group of four people wanted for questioning in last night's fatal shooting of a man, presumed to be a 20-year-old Nashvillian, near the front door of Strike and Spare Family Fun Center on Lebanon Pike. The group, two men and two women, are seen on surveillance cameras entering the business at 10 p.m. before an altercation reportedly took place between the two men in the group and the victim, along with another witness.
Several shots were then fired and those inside began running out of the building.
The victim was struck multiple times. He died at the scene. The Medical Examiner's Office will work to confirm his identity.
The motive for the altercation remains under investigation.
Anyone with information on the group (seen in attached photos) is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463.
