An exchange of gunfire by multiple persons in the Napier-Sudekum neighborhood Thursday night led to an uninvolved 13-year-old being hit in the buttocks, three arrests, and the seizure of six guns.
The 13-year-old reported that he and a friend had gone to play basketball at an outdoor court when the gunfire started. He received a non-critical graze wound and was driven to the hospital by his mom.
