Traffic Unit investigators are working to identify the driver involved in the September 1 hit and run crash on Sabre Drive near Hewlett Drive that injured a 33-year-old female pedestrian. The woman was walking northbound on the residential road near her home at 10 a.m. when she was struck by the vehicle (seen in attached surveillance images) that was likely speeding.
The woman was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with head and facial injuries.
The vehicle appears to be a gray sedan that will have damage to the passenger side mirror.
