Right-of-way appraisals and review are currently underway. The negotiations with property owners have also begun.
Next quarter: Metro anticipates to continue property negotiations and start closings.
Project Description
The project will involve the construction of an 8-foot sidewalk and a 4-foot grass furnishing zone with curb and gutter on the north side of Lebanon Pike. In addition, signal upgrades will be made at the intersections of McGavock Pike and Graylynn Drive that will also include ADA ramps, crosswalk markings, and pedestrian signals.
This project is federally funded, locally managed and is monitored by the TDOT Local Programs Development Office.
Project Funding: 80% Federal and 20% Local

- Estimated Project Cost: $3,800,000
