Lane Closure
Fee for closing a lane of traffic for construction purposes or special events.
- Permit fee: $55 for up to 5 days, +$10 for each day after the 5th day
- Triple fee (no permit acquired prior to closure): $165, +$30 for each day after 5 days
- Violation fee (permit acquired prior to closure): $50 per violation per day
- High-Impact Area fee: $45 for up to 5 days and $10 for each day after 5 days
- High-Impact Area triple fee: $135 for up to 5 days and $30 for each day after 5 days

- If your closure is less than 7 continuous days select a Template from the
Traffic Control Guidelines that meets your Traffic Control requirements. - If your closure is greater than 7 continuous days, you must submit a stamped Traffic Control Plan from a licensed Engineer.
- If the lane closure in the Traffic Control Guidelines does not reflect your closure, please submit an appropriate Traffic Control Plan.
Street Closure
Fee for a temporary street closure for construction purposes or special events.

Block Party
Fee for a temporary street closure for a residential block party.
- Permit fee: $20 for 1 day.
- Commercial businesses not eligible. Businesses will need to apply for a special event permit.
- Will need 66% signatures from the affected residents within the closure footprint for approval.
- Notification letter will need to be sent out 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Traffic control plan is required
- Closure requires Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) approved signage and barricades.
Bike Lane Closure
Fee for a temporary bike lane closure for construction purposes or special events.
- Permit fee: $55 for up to 5 days, +$10 for each day after the 5th day
- Triple fee (no permit acquired prior to closure): $165, +$30 for each day after 5 days
- Violation fee (permit acquired prior to closure): $50 per violation per day

Fee for a temporary sidewalk closure for construction purposes or special events.
- Permit fee: $55 for up to 5 days, +$10 for each day after the 5th day
- Triple fee (no permit acquired prior to closure): $165, +$30 for each day after 5 days
- Violation fee (permit acquired prior to closure): $50 per violation per day
- High-Impact Area fee: $45 for up to 5 days and $10 for each day after 5 days
- High-Impact Area triple fee: $135 for up to 5 days and $30 for each day after 5 days

Driveway Permit
Fee for right-of-way (ROW) activity relating to the maintenance or installation of a commercial or residential driveway. Area sketch is required.
- Permit fee: $55 and construction must be completed within 1 year
- Triple fee (no permit acquired prior to construction of driveway): $165
- Violation fee (permit acquired prior to closure): $50 per violation per day

Parking Loading Zone
Fee for parking in a loading zone for loading and unloading for more than time allotted by the Traffic & Parking Commission
- Permit fee: $15 per day per location per vehicle
- Violation fee: $45

Trailer / Dumpster
Fee for placing a trailer, dumpster, or storage unit in the Metro right-of-way (ROW).
- Permit fee: $10/day, not to exceed $2000
