Tonight Missing Persons Unit detectives, in coordination with Specialized Investigations Divisions detectives, arrested Miles Williams, 39, on an outstanding second-degree murder indictment for the death of Emily Bradley. Bradley, 44, was found on March 2 in Whites Creek off Buena Vista Pike after she went missing from Norvel Street several days prior.
The Medical Examiner’s Office determined her cause of death to be a result of blunt force trauma.
The investigation, led by Missing Persons Detective Elizabeth Mills, revealed Bradley was last seen with her boyfriend, Williams. Williams refused to speak with detectives today, but made statements that he had ingested narcotics prior to his arrest.
He was transported to General Hospital and will be booked on the murder indictment upon his release.
