Kenneth DeWayne Beach, 39, surrendered himself this afternoon and is charged with criminal homicide in Wednesday night’s fatal shooting of Josue Riscart Chirino.
Responding officers located Chirino, 36, with multiple gunshot wounds inside a recording studio at 1708 McDaniel Street. Chirino and Beach were reportedly long-time acquaintances.
During an interview, Beach admitted to his involvement in the murder.
