Julie Ellis is the Forensic Biology Unit Supervisor and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Technological University.

Julie started with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department Crime Laboratory in March 2015 as a Forensic Scientist. Prior to the Police Department, she worked at a private DNA laboratory as a DNA Analyst for 10 years.
