Homicide Unit detectives today charged Adinson Enrique Serrano-Juarez, 17, with the August 8 murder of Israel Teniente, also 17, in a breezeway of Falcon View Apartments on E. Palestine Avenue in Madison.
The investigation, led by Detective Ben Hughes, indicates that Serrano-Juarez had a female acquaintance, who also knew Teniente, lure the victim to the apartment complex where he was fatally shot. That female, Arleth Bonilla, 18, was arrested on October 17 and charged with facilitation of criminal homicide.
