Update: Specialized Investigations Division detectives today arrested Joequez Sangster, 26, on his outstanding second degree murder indictment for the fatal shooting of Timothy Fetter last January.
Fourteen months after the murder of Timothy Fetter, 48, across from his family's auto business on E. Old Hickory Boulevard in Madison, a Gallatin woman is under indictment in the case.
Stefanie Hernandez, 27, is presently jailed without bond on a second degree murder charge. She was taken into custody at a Nashville home improvement store where she worked. The investigation shows that she was present when Fetter was fatally shot at his red Pontiac GTO car.
At least one additional arrest in this case is expected. Detectives suspect road rage as a likely motive for the gunfire.
