Update: Kenneth DeWayne Beach, 39, surrendered himself this afternoon and will be charged with criminal homicide in Wednesday night’s fatal shooting of Josue Riscart Chirino.
Homicide detectives are pursuing strong and active leads in Wednesday’s 11:30 p.m. fatal shooting of Josue Riscart Chirino, 36, inside a recording studio at 1708 McDaniel Street.
Officers responded to the location and found Chirino with multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the scene.
