Specialized Investigations Division detectives are working to identify a man wanted for questioning in last Friday morning’s shooting on Lewis Street near Cannon Street that injured a 27-year-old woman. Multiple bullets struck the woman’s residence where a 5-year-old girl was inside but was not injured.
The woman was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with a non-life threatening injury to her leg.
Detectives believe the man seen in this surveillance photo was the intended target in the shooting.
