One man was killed and a second wounded from gunfire outside 4028 Pepperwood Drive in Antioch at 7:40 p.m. Christmas night. It has not yet been determined why the two victims were there.
The deceased is identified as Anthony Gatewood Jr., 25. He was found lying at the side of the residence and died at the scene. The wounded victim is identified as Corian Bowling, 24. He was found lying next to a silver Honda Accord in which he and Gatewood arrived. Bowling is in stable condition at Vanderbilt and is expected to survive.
