The man killed in Sunday’s 2 a.m. single-vehicle crash on Murfreesboro Pike at Una Antioch Pike is identified as Cordae Robison, 24, of Goodlettsville.
The preliminary investigation shows that Robison was driving a 2014 Nissan Maxima west on Murfreesboro Pike when he lost control of the car in the intersection and struck a utility pole. According to witnesses, he was traveling at a very high rate of speed prior to the crash. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died.
There was no evidence of drug or alcohol involvement at the scene.
