Updated: Nicole R. Joyce, 39, has been identified as the woman killed in Wednesday's hit and run crash on Thompson Lane.
A female pedestrian has died following Wednesday's 6:40 p.m. hit and run crash on Thompson Lane near Eugenia Avenue. The woman was attempting to cross Thompson Lane when she was struck by an unknown vehicle that fled. She died at the scene.
She did not have any identification on her person. The Medical Examiner's Office is working to positively identify her.
