Person Wanted For Questioning In October 12 Homicide

Homicide Unit detectives are working to identify a person wanted for questioning in the October 12 fatal shooting of Terran Frazier on Phillips Street and 14th Avenue North. The man (seen in attached surveillance photos) was in the area at the time of the homicide.

Frazier, 44, was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died.
