Three men remain jailed this morning, each on more than $1.5 million bonds, following their arrests this weekend for a March 13 shooting on Tanglewood Court. The investigation by Non-Lethal Shooting Unit detectives identified Coreonta Olawumi, 22, Robert Short Jr., 21, and Ronald Short, 21, as the three-armed men who are alleged to have opened fire on a vehicle, critically injuring one of the occupants.
The 30-year-old victim was taken to Tristar Southern Hills Medical Center with gunshot wounds to his head and torso, which he survived.
All three men were taken into custody Friday night by TITANS Unit detectives. Inside the residence, detectives recovered marijuana, firearms accessories and two firearms, which did not have serial numbers and appeared to have been independently manufactured.
Each were charged with three counts of attempted criminal homicide, one count of felony weapon possession and one count of reckless endangerment.
Olawumi had two additional failure to appear charges. He remains jailed on $1,554,000 bond.
Both Robert and Ronald Short remain jailed on $1,550,000 bond.
