A 22-year-old is out on $3,000 bond today after being arrested during a grant-funded DUI initiative Friday night for performing dangerous driving stunts on a dirt bike on Charlotte Pike. Jaylin Binnion, of Watertown, was one of approximately 25 people seen on ATVs and dirt bikes performing wheelies while driving in North and West Nashville.
