In an effort to promote social distancing and minimize the spread of COVID-19, Public Works is announcing that Metro Convenience Centers will be reopening tomorrow, March 21 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m., but will operate on Saturdays only until further notice.
Metro Convenience Centers will only be accepting recyclable materials and up to 3 bags of household trash. No other items or materials will be accepted at this time.
Update: Beginning Saturday, April 11, the Metro Convenience Centers will begin operating on Saturdays only from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Additionally, they will now be accepting up to five (5) bags of household trash.
Metro recycling drop-off locations will remain open and will not be impacted by scheduling changes.
