Homicide Unit detectives are asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the gunman who was driving a 2021-2024 Volkswagen Jetta sedan during the March 10 murder of Cameron Dorsey, 24, on Linbar Drive. The Jetta (seen in attached surveillance images) is shown pulling up to Dorsey’s vehicle while he was at a Mapco fuel pump.
The suspect fired multiple shots into Dorsey’s vehicle before speeding off in the Jetta towards Harding Place heading east towards I-24.
Anyone with information on the Jetta or suspect involved is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward of up to $5,000.
