A 21-year-old man was arrested by Specialized Investigations detectives yesterday on an accessory after the fact warrant related to the April 28 homicide of Francisco Almazan-Rojas, 36, in William Pitts Park off Tusculum Road.
Juan Miguel Pulido was identified as the driver of a Hyundai Sonata that followed behind the unidentified person who moved Almazan-Rojas’ Ford F-150 pickup truck from the park to Luton Street before abandoning it and entering the Sonata.
Pulido posted a $5,000 bond today and was released.
The investigation into the gunman responsible and the motive behind the fatal shooting is continuing by Homicide Unit detectives.
