Robert McMutuary, 25, was released from the hospital today and booked into the Metro Jail on outstanding warrants for vehicular homicide by intoxication, five counts of vehicular assault, two counts of aggravated child abuse, driving without a license, and no proof of insurance for Saturday’s two-vehicle crash in the 200 block of Haywood Lane that claimed the life of one of his backseat passengers, Edward Wilkins Jr., 62, and injured five others, including two children.
McMutuary is jailed in lieu of $416,000 bond.
