Final paving was completed the week of December 4, 2023. The roadway was reopened on Monday, December 11. This project is complete.

Project Description

Project involves the design and construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Blue Hole Road and Pettus Road. The roundabout will be one-lane and will also serve as a gateway entrance into Orchard Bend Park.

• Length: Blue Hole Road project limits are 900 linear feet; Pettus Road is 1200 linear feet (0.40 miles)
• Cross-Section: travel lanes approaching roundabout are from 10 to 12 feet; within roundabout, lanes are 16 feet.
• Estimated Project Cost: $2,900,000
